1. Agreement to Marketing Agency Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any services provided on this website, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Marketing Agency Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. No 100% Guarantees on Performance

While we employ industry best practices, data-driven strategies, and intensive optimization techniques, we do not and cannot guarantee 100% specific outcomes.

  • SEO & Search Rankings: Search algorithms are controlled by third-party entities (e.g., Google). We do not guarantee a "1st place position" or any specific top ranking. Our goal is to achieve top rankings (e.g., top 10 positions) based on historical data and strategic implementation.
  • Social Media & Video Virality: Any metrics, views, shares, or engagement rates presented on our site are targets or past case studies. We cannot guarantee your specific video or campaign will reach millions or hundreds of thousands of views. Results vary depending on market conditions, audience sentiment, and platform algorithms.

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Not all data, statistics, or case study metrics displayed on this website are 100% predictive of future outcomes. Information and metrics are provided for illustrative purposes to showcase our capabilities and past performance.

4. Client Responsibilities (Domains, Hosting & KYC)

For any performance marketing, paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.), account setups, or brand campaigns, the client is strictly responsible for providing:

  • Active and compliant Business Manager IDs, Ad Account IDs, and relevant administrative access.
  • Required KYC (Know Your Customer) and verification documents mandated by third-party platforms. This includes but is not limited to: Aadhar Cards, PAN Cards, Business Incorporation Certificates, or any other personal/business verification cards required to approve and run accounts.

Domain & Hosting Purchases: The Agency will not purchase, provide, or renew domains, hosting plans, or premium third-party licenses from our side or on our own billing accounts under any circumstances. These must be purchased directly by the client. Delays caused by the client's failure to provide these necessary assets or verification documents will not be the responsibility of the Agency.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of our services.

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services or website at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of our website post-update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Intellectual Property Ownership

All designs, code, marketing strategies, and digital assets created by the Agency remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Agency until all invoices and project milestones are paid in full by the client. Upon full payment, relevant usage rights or ownership will be transferred as outlined in the individual service agreement.
